'Crack Hill' casts shadow over north Paris neighbourhood

Description

In the north of Paris, the Porte de la Chapelle neighbourhood is home to "Crack Hill", a wasteland that has become a meeting point for crack cocaine addicts and dealers. Crime rates and antisocial behaviour are on the rise in the neighbourhood as residents complain that authorities are turning a blind eye to the problem. Meanwhile, dealers are increasingly setting their sights on vulnerable undocumented migrants in the area. Our France 2 colleagues report, with FRANCE 24's James Vasina.
