Prosecutors Submit 'Pornographic' DVDs In R. Kelly Case

CNN reports R. Kelly appeared in a Chicago court on Wednesday, where prosecutors turned over a DVD as evidence that allegedly shows pornographic images involving a minor. A judge said he plans to set a trial date for early next year. Kelly pleaded not guilty earlier this month to 11 new charges, according to his attorney, Steve Greenberg. Judge Lawrence Flood placed a protective order on the DVDs and warned both parties against leaking them.
