Philadelphia Energy Solutions Pre-Pays Employee Vacation Time Ahead Of Closure

Description

According to a report by Reuters, Philadelphia Energy Solutions pre-paid some employees vacation compensation in advance of anticipated layoffs and expected the closure of its 335,000 barrel-per-day refinery complex. The company is reportedly expected to seek closure of the plant following a massive fire on Friday that ripped through the complex, shutting down most of its production.
