How To Stick To Your Diet When You Go Out For Cocktails

Just because you're counting calories doesn't mean you have to skip happy hour. According to Business Insider, there are a number of diet-friendly cocktails you can order, without having to announce to the world that you're trying to lose weight. For example, if you love wine, cut the calorie count in half by making it a spritzer. A standard mojito clocks in at about 200 calories due to the high sugar content.
