Airstrike hits migrant detention centre in Libya

Description

An airstrike on detention centre in a suburb of Tripoli has killed and injured dozens of migrants.The UN Refugee Agency condemned the attack on the centre which houses hundreds.Tripoli has blamed Khalifa Haftar - he launched an offensive against the internationally recognised government there in April.Peter O'Brien has this story.
