Third rejection for May's Brexit deal, Xi's European tour and military gets involved in Algeria crisis

Description

March 29th is here, a day that should have meant the UK leave the EU. Instead, the British parliament has rejected - for a third time - Theresa May's proposed divorce deal. The third meaningful vote, the third rejection of a possible end to this Brexit deadlock. The Eu meanwhile calls an emergency summit for April 10th, two days before Britain could crash out of the bloc with no-deal. Our panel also discusses Xi Jinping's visit in Paris with Macron, but also Merkel and Juncker - a united Europe?
