Markets On Wall Street Fall Flat After Making Gains

According to Reuters, markets on Wall Street were about flat by the closing bell, after a day of mixed results. The Dow Jones and S&P were flirting with gains all day, but they closed trading slightly lower. But those losses were marginal for both markets. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost about 27-points, dropping only one-tenth of a percent, and falling to 25,887. The S&P 500 did not even manage to lose a whole point, falling about one-hundredth of a percent on the day. The Nasdaq Composite managed to hang on to its gains for the day, rising about 10-points.
