Robert Kraft Can Get Charges Dropped If He Says He's Guilty

Description

Deadspin reports Florida prosecutors have offered to drop ttje charges against Patriots owner Robert Kraft if he admits he would’ve been found guilty had the case gone to trial. According to the Wall Street Journal, the prosecutors have offered the same deal to a “number of other men” charged in the Orchids of Asia sting operation. Kraft and other men were charged with soliciting prostitution and receiving sex acts from them. The prosecutors say the deal is the “standard resolution for first-time offenders.” The Wall Street Journal says the deal "calls for completion of an education course about prostitution, completion of 100 hours of community service, screening for sexually transmitted diseases and payment of some court costs." It also calls for defendants to agree that the state would be able to prove their guilt. Kraft has denied all charges.
