FBI General Counsel James Baker talked about cybersecurity, encryption and privacy at the SXSW 2017 Festival in Austin, Texas, Monday. The talk comes in the wake of revelations by Wikileaks on the CIA's ability to spy on any device connected to the internet, information contained in a trove of documents released by Wikileaks last week called Vault 7.
The Ecuadorian 'embassy cat,' a feline residing at Quito's embassy in London, put on his Sunday best and presented himself to the press as journalists gathered outside the building for a press conference with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange. Embassy cat, who has his own Twitter account with more than 22,000 followers, came to the window in a red and white striped tie and tried to make a statement, until he got distracted by the curtains and went back inside, much to the disappointment of the journalists outside.

At least 2,000 people attend an anti-government protest at Habima square in Tel Aviv, as the Israel-Hamas war nears its 100 days mark.
