It targets the back of your arms. It's perfect for anyone who is traveling and can't make it to the gym. Another great exercise they listed is overhead tricep extensions. It's a great exercise to tone your arms and is great for joint movement. They of course recommend the classic move 'the push up.' It works the arms, chest, and core. The only important part of the exercise is technique and proper execution.
