Zuckerberg Has Potentially Critical Meeting With French President Macron

According to a report by CNN Business, just one day after a Facebook co-founder called for the company to be broken up, Mark Zuckerberg met with a man with the power to influence whether or not that becomes a reality. On Friday, Facebook's chief executive met with French President Emmanuel Macron, and the meeting was billed as an opportunity for Zuckerberg to find common ground on the regulation of harmful online content. However, CNN Business reports that growing calls in Europe to break up what many view as a social media monopoly loomed over the meeting.
