North Carolina Attorney General Sues Juul, Increasing Pressure On E-Cigarette Maker

According to a report by Reuters, on Wednesday, North Carolina's Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Juul Labs, increasing pressure on the biggest US e-cigarette maker already facing intense scrutiny for its products' usage among teenagers. Reuters reports that Josh Stein, the first state attorney general to sue Juul, claimed the company targeted marketing toward youth, while downplaying the potential harm its products can cause, resulted in an 'epidemic' of vaping among minors.
