Chris Froome sets his sights on a fifth Tour de France in 2018 following his fourth win this year, which would move him alongside legends Eddy Merckx, Jacques Anquetil, Bernard Hinault and Miguel Indurain as a five-time winner.
Gargantuan hill climbs, bullet-speed descents, magnificent scenery... the Tour de France has it all. But for many, the real attraction of watching the cycle race isn't the riders themselves, but the carnival-like convoy that precedes them... the 'caravan'.
The city of Montgeron will host the last stage of this year's Tour de France. Fans began making reservations months in advance for seats at the town's Réveil Matin café where, according to the owner, the "soul is cycling."
