Oscar-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr arrives at a court in Manhattan. He's accused of grabbing a woman's breast without her consent in a bar on a night out in June. The 51-year-old is charged with forcible touching and could face up to a year in prison if convicted. Gooding has pleaded not guilty to the charges and denies the allegations. IMAGES
