In a very sad day for the entertainment community super actor, playwright and director Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead in his New York Apartment of a reported overdose. He was a caring father of three and beloved by his fellow professionals.
Sam Rockwell dedicated his Best Supporting Actor Oscar to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, who he hailed as a mentor and "inspiration".
