Le Département et son agence Moselle Attractivité ont lancé le label Qualité MOSL et sélectionné une trentaine de restaurateurs qui travaillent en circuit court et mettent en valeur les produits locaux sur leurs cartes. À Saint-Quirin, le chef Didier Soulier, à la tête du Prieuré, détient ce label.
