China critical of Japan PM's "sincerity" in WW2 statement

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe expressed his "utmost grief" while marking the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII, but made no fresh apology to the countries, like China and South Korea, which sufffered under Japan's colonial rule. Jillian Kitchener reports.
