Chinese Premier Li Qiang is welcomed to Dublin by Irish Transport Minister Eamon Ryan on his first visit to Ireland. Li is due to meet Irish President Michael Higgins and take part in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Leo Varadkar tomorrow January 17. IMAGES
