The magistrate ordered the prosecution serve a brief of evidence by September 8, 2017 and Pell to return ot the court for a committal mention on October 6.

Former USA gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar attended a court hearing in Lansing, Michigan on Monday after admitting to sexually assaulting minors. Gymnasts and other young women took to the podium to deliver statements to the disgraced doctor. The former doctor admitted to sexually assaulting underage girls under the guise of providing medical treatment after over 140 women accused him. Three executives from USA gymnastics board resigned on Monday following Nassar's trial.
