Police can't confirm whereabouts of shooter

Description

A Colorado Springs police spokeswoman says there is the "possibility" of hostages in an active shooting situation at a Planned Parenthood, where at least three officers are reported injured. Police had previously said the suspect was 'contained.' Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
