NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says Ukraine is still inflicting major losses on Russia, despite Kyiv not managing to regain captured territory. Members of the Kosovo police special forces control access to the village of Banjska, where a police officer was killed over the weekend in an ambush. Following the attack, which took place in a predominantly Serb area, the gunmen fled to a monastery, where three of them were killed in a standoff with special forces that ended on Sunday night.
