Stateless enclave residents finally recognised as citizens

Description

Until recently, the frontier between India and Bangladesh was one of the world's most complex borders. For decades, tens of thousands of locals had been living in enclaves there, with no official nationality. But this summer, the two countries agreed to recognise these stateless people as citizens. They were also able to choose whether they want to be Indian or Bangladeshi.
