Federal agents are seeking the public’s help in investigating a 18-minute period after shooters killed 14 people during the ISIS-inspired massacre at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California last month.
Enrique Marquez, the former friend and neighbor of San Bernardino gunman Syed Rizwan Farook, was arrested on Thursday and is charged with conspiring with Farook to provide material support to terrorism in 2011 and 2012, making a false statement in connection with the acquisition of firearms, and immigration fraud, announced the U.S. Department of Justice.
New information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation this week reveals how the Muslim couple behind the San Bernardino massacre may have become radicalized in 2013. The FBI also revealed plans of a 2012 attack that never came to be.
Nearly one week after the ISIS-inspired San Bernardino massacre, authorities have discovered more details about the planning and financing of the attack.
