French vote: Hamon admits 'historic' defeat

French socialist candidate Benoit Hamon says that he has failed to 'thwart the disaster that has been looming' over France. Hamon came in fifth according to projections, leaving centrist Emmanuel Macron to face far-right leader Marine Le Pen in the runoff in France's presidential election. SOUNDBITE
