Moving Tribute to Carrie Fisher at Yoda Fountain

Fans of Carrie Fisher, the actress who played the legendary role of Princess Leia in the iconic original Star Wars, gathered outside George Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic offices in San Franciso to lay their tributes to the actress next to the Yoda Fountain and pay respects to the late Star Wars actor after news emerged that the former star had passed away. The actress suffered a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles on December 24, passing away three days later on December 27, aged 60. Fans were further shocked by the news that Fisher's mother, Singin' in the Rain star, Debbie Reynolds, suffered a fatal stroke the very next and also passed away at the age of 84 just a day after the death of her daughter. Carrie Fisher became known for her writing and public speaking about her experiences with drug addiction and bipolar disorder later in her life.
