Clone of Macron Mania: What to make of surprise frontrunner in France 2017 Race? (part 2)

Description

For the first time, a poll putting Emmanuel Macron ahead of the far-right's Marine Le Pen in the first round of France's presidential election. Would we be headed for a hung parliament or can Macron muster from scratch a new kind of coalition that can reform France?
