Graffiti artists come together in Toronto to raise awareness about racism with the project 'Paint the city black.' "I think using art as a tool of talking against oppression is really a powerful and beautiful way of protesting," says Moises Frank, who gathered 40 artists on Graffiti Alley in downtown Toronto.
