Alain Juppé a confirmé "une bonne fois pour toutes" qu'il ne serait "pas candidat" à l'élection présidentielle, et qu'il ne jouerait pas le rôle de recours à François Fillon, dont il a affirmé que "l'obstination" conduisait à une "impasse".
