Yokohama, Feb 12 (EFE).- The Japanese authorities said Wednesday they had detected 40 new cases of infections of a new coronavirus on a cruise ship moored since last week in the port of Yokohama, including four patients in serious condition.The country’s health ministry said among the infected are 39 passengers and one official in charge of quarantine procedures, which the Diamond Princess has been under since Feb. 3. Another 41 people on a cruise ship quarantined off Japan have the new coronavirus, the country's health minister said Friday, confirming more on board will now be tested for the illness.
