Panama returns to EU's tax havens blacklist

Brussels (Belgium), Feb 18 (EFE) .- The European Union (EU) added Panama once again to its blacklist of tax havens, which the country left in January 2018, arguing that it does not comply with the OECD Global Forum rules on transparency and exchange of fiscal information.
