The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) says Russian figure skating Kamila Valieva can continue competing in the Beijing Olympics despite failing a doping test. "It means no provisional suspension should be imposed on the skater," says CAS's Director General Matthieu Reeb. SOUNDBITE
