UK virus toll up to 26,097 as care home deaths included

Description

Britain's official death toll of people who tested positive for coronavirus jumps to 26,097, as the country begins including out-of-hospital deaths for the first time. UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab says, at Downing Street's daily coronavirus briefing, "it's just important to say that those additional deaths were spread over the period from the 2nd of March, the 28th of April. So they they don't represent a sudden surge in the number of deaths." SOUNDBITE
