The Italian city of Bolzano ignores the measures prescribed by the Government

Description

Rome (Italy), May 11 (EFE) .-The Italian city of Bolzano began opening bars, restaurants and hair salons, anticipating what was prescribed by the decree in phase 2. (CAMERA: Marco Todarello) FOOTAGE OF THE CITY OF BOLZANO AND STATEMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:1- Arno Kompatscher, President of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano- “For weeks now we have been asking to manage the situation again as soon as it reaches Phase 2. This has not happened and we ask to be able to move based on our prerogatives, respecting the principles of national legislation by regarding Health, but respecting our margins on economic issues .”- “We are aware that the rules are very severe and they reduce, for example, the number of customers in these terms. The distance required is two meters, except in the case of people who are part of the same family nucleus and who already live together. These may be close, but the others have to be away. "2.- Bar worker.- “I think it is fair to differentiate between regions because the Alto Adige has had the lowest number of infections. We are almost at zero daily infections, so it seems fair to me that it is one of the first regions to reopen.”Bar worker.- “There are many problems, starting with the directives that come from the province: two meters away at the bar, in the room two meters away at the tables for those who want to sit down. Plexiglass is also necessary to keep everything under control and the entire bar must also be disinfected.”4.- Establishment manager.- “ Either we were ruining ourselves or we are looking for a path that everyone can follow .”5.- Restaurant clerk.- “It is also difficult because in theory there could only be one person per table, except for families, of course. But two or three are already together and what are you going to tell them? That one stays there and another one in the corner… This is the problem.”
