Santo Domingo, Jul 1 (EFE).- Luis Abinader, the presidential candidate for the opposition Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) has this week resumed his campaign after two weeks of absence while he was recovering from COVID-19.Dominicans are set to flock to the polls on Jul 5 to choose the successor to the current head of state, Danilo Medina, in presidential and legislative elections held amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
