Monrovia, Sep 24 (EFE/EPA).- Oliver Grear is a professional electrical repairman in Monrovia who - at the age of thirteen - began collecting old electrical appliances in landfills to learn how to repair them.During the civil war in Liberia, he took refuge in the Ivory Coast and now teaches four young people this profession in the coastal community of West Point in Monrovia.Liberia is one of the West African countries with an extremely high rate of unemployment among young people.
