Ivory Coast (South Africa), 2 Jul, EFE/EPA, (Camera: Legnan Koula).- The Ivory Coast is holding a ceremony, presided over by Head of State Alassane Ouattara, to pay tribute to the fourteen soldiers killed by a group of armed individuals in a mixed gendarmerie of the Armed Forces in Kafolo, Sikolo Sub-prefecture, in the northeast of Ivory Coast. FOOTAGE OF THE TRIBUTE HELD IN IVORY COAST TO THE 14 SOLDIERS KILLED.

    The trial resumes in Mali of the 46 Ivorian troops whose detention has sparked a diplomatic row between both countries. They arrive for their trial in the capital Bamako ahead of a January 1 deadline set by West African leaders for Mali to release the soldiers or face sanctions.
