France announces support for businesses during new Covid-19 lockdown

Description

As France enters its second coronavirus lockdown, the government has announced a €15 billion package to support companies and workers. Meanwhile, Berlin plans €10 billion in targeted aid during its partial lockdown in November. Also today, big US tech firms report big revenues, and Amazon's Swedish debut goes awry.
