Thai royalists rally outside parliament as MPs meet to vote on charter amendment

Bangkok, Nov 17 (EFE/EPA).- Thai royalists gathered Tuesday outside the parliament to protest against a charter amendment, a proposal on which Thai parliament plans to vote in the next few days.Thai Members of Parliament are meeting on Nov. 17-18 to vote on plans for amending the nation's constitution. The vote comes after weeks of pro-democracy and monarchical reform protests.
