YouTube are to switch around their front page to stop the spread of fake coronavirus news.
A study has found that humans are more responsible for the spread of fake news on Twitter than bots.
Products from China that imitate famous brands have invaded the shelves of supermarkets and shops in Caracas and across Venezuela, offering consumers a much cheaper alternative for household goods as the country’s inflation skyrockets. Packaging from diapers, toothpaste, shampoo and feminine towels from China is designed with colors and fonts similar to popular brands, sporting names such as "Hoed and Shouders," "Convenrt," "Hogcies," and "Hurries."
At a press conference, WHO's Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus says "we continue to see misinformation on social media and mainstream media about the pandemic accord that countries are now negotiating". Earlier on Twitter, Elon Musk wrote "countries should not cede authority to WHO".
