Crosses are placed outside Brazil's National Congress in Brasilia in a tribute to the victims of the Brumadinho dam collapse on the fifth anniversary of the tragedy. January 25 marks five years of the rupture of the dam at the Corrego do Feijao Mine, owned by the mining company Vale.
