Neither his private health insurance nor the public service has treated him. They are collapsed. Ilton:"I never imagined that I would need oxygen at home, because we have health insurance. The last time I went to the hospital they didn't see me because the hospital was closed. The security guard said it was closed and there would be no service at all. I was sad because we paid health insurance and yet nothing happened at the time. There was no need to hospitalize, but at least to tend to patients, prescribe medications. I went home discouraged."
