Authorites disinfect streets in Seoul, as South Korea adds 267 COVID-19 cases

Seoul, Sep 2 (EFE/EPA).- South Korean health workers on Tuesday disinfected streets in Seoul as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19 after an increase in virus cases. The South Korean government has announced it had implemented restrictions starting Aug 30 to restrict operations of restaurants; bakeries can operate until 9PM, and only takeaway and delivery will be permitted from 9PM to 5AM in Seoul and surrounding areas. The measures are aimed at halting a second wave of Covid-19 coronavirus infections. (Camera: JEON HEON-KYUN).
