Luis Almagro must denounce his position, his hands were stained with Bolivian blood. Luis Almagro does not have the moral authority to direct the OAS. I request the OAS states initiate article 116 of the OAS letter and the pertinent actions for the removal of Luis Alamado from his post as Secretary-General."
