Regal Cinemas owner Cineworld says it is considering temporarily closing its theaters. CNN reports the news comes just a day after the latest James Bond film, "No Time to Die," was delayed until the spring of 2021. More than a dozen major films have either been delayed or skipped theaters altogether and gone digital, as in the case of Disney's 'Mulan.' Last month, Cineworld reported a loss of $1.6 billion in the first half of 2020 as revenue plunged by 67%. A spokesperson said Cineworld would update staff and customers on its decision 'as soon as we can.' It also warned of the need to raise more funds in case a second wave of coronavirus leads to more 'prolonged' shutdowns.
Some Hollywood actors are know as real shapeshifters, but Sacha Baron Cohen might just be the most controversial one.
After a tumultuous production, controversy and boycotting, Quentin Tarantino enjoys the release of his new film "Hateful Eight" at a star studded premiere featuring guest such as Channing Tatum, Samuel L. Jackson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Bruce Dern, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, Goldie Hawn, Michael Madsen, Christoph Waltz, Bella Thorne, Zendaya, Mira Sorvino and Laura Dern.
"Mulan" is now available to watch on Disney Plus as part of a regular subscription without an extra fee. The movie originally debuted as a Premier Access title. The cost of the movie is $29.99. That's in addition to the price of a Disney Plus membership. On October 6, Disney also made "Mulan" available for purchase from Amazon, Vudu, FandangoNow, and other digital retailers. Disney Plus costs $6.99 per month, or $69.99 per year for an annual plan.
