Chemical powder used to battle tanker blaze off Sri Lanka

Description

Footage from the Sri Lankan Air Force shows helicopters on Monday dropping bags of dry chemical powder to try to put out a fresh fire on a stricken oil tanker in the Indian Ocean. India on Tuesday sent fresh supplies of firefighting chemicals to help battle the blaze.
