Seoul, Aug 24 (EFE/EPA).- People in Seoul Monday carried out their daily lives with the mandatory use of masks after a new public order was announced by the Seoul metropolitan government on August 23.This new public order comes into play as the city tries to contain a new outbreak of COVID-19. South Korea has so far registered over 17,600 COVID-19 cases and 309 deaths related to the virus.
