Manila, Sep 3 (EFE / EPA) .- Around a dozen people demonstrated Thursday outisde the Department of Justice in Manila against a judge's decision to release US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton early after being convicted for the murder of Jennifer Laude.Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton was charged with the murder of Jennifer Laude, a transgender woman, in October 2014 in the Philippine city of Olongapo, in the north of the country.Olongapo, one of the towns in the Philippines that receives the highest number of sex tourists, is located a few kilometers from Subic Bay, where Pemberton participated in joint military exercises organized each year by the US and the Philippines.
