Spain's stock market gains 1.01% in the opening after Bankia and CaixaBank announce merger

Madrid, Sep 4 (EFECOM).- The Spanish Stock Market gained 1.01% in the early stages of the session on Friday, with Bankia and CaixaBank skyrocketing —they rose 27% and 10%, respectively— after last night they announced that they are planning a merger.FOOTAGE OF MADRID STOCK EXCHANGE.
