'Empty chairs' action highlights fears of Paris's bar and restaurant owners

The Canal 19 collective, representing some 30 bars and restaurants around the Canal de l'Ourcq area, arranges a "1,000 empty chairs" action in their local area to highlight fears over the prospect of staff losing jobs due to ongoing restrictions linked to the coronavirus crisis.
