South Africa delays reopening schools as country eases Covid-19 lockdown measures

South Africa prepares to reopen a part of its economy, but divisions arise as to whether it comes too early. The country pushed back the reopening of schools by a week saying that a substantial number of them are not ready to welcome students again, as FRANCE 24’s Cape Town correspondent Emsie Ferreira reports.
